Hey everyone! I'm going to start this book! I hear good things but I need encouragement because I'm hearing so many different theories. I have 100 pounds to lose to get to my goal weight. However, I know this is a weight lifting program and I am looking for transformation with weight training. My plea is if there is any success stories whether it's weight related, physical changes, or anything that's be great! Pictures also really help my motivation! Thank you all so much!
