What do you log this as in your exercise diary?0

I don't add any exercise to MFP. I don't want added calories. I eat what I am allowed and thats it. But I know that a lot of people log it as circuit training (I think). If you all have FB - join the group 30 Day Shredders. Lots of motivation and help there.0
