I am trying again for what seems like the 100th time. I have been overweight for more than 30 years and it is time that I take my life back. I have a stressful desk job and it is sometimes more than I can take. But I am here and I am finishing day 5 in a few hours. Wish me luck!! :)

    I know the feeling and wish you luck. I am under 200 for the first time in 22 years so we have options when it comes to our health.

    Good luck and good management. I went down 77 ibs and put on 20lb over 18 months with MFP. Bad choices but they were my choices. One thing I have learned after 67 years on this planet you have to own your mistakes. Back on track but it is tough. Always looking for more supportive friends.
