After Chemotherapy

Hello there,
Clearly I'm new to this site but as I am worried I will pile on the weight following the chemotherapy I'm about to undergo I thought I'd ask for some help?
I think it's motivation I need? The motivation to get back to regular exercise, the motivation not to snack comfort food and, of course, the motivation not to feel sorry for myself; although this last is less of a worry as I've been here before (2nd time with cancer!).
Last time things did not go well, in terms of weight & fitness levels...one went up...the other down!
So if there's anyone out there willing to give me a push, please add me as I fear I will need all the help I can get.
Kind regards,
Andreas

Hi Andreas - You've got this. Focus on getting healed. Fitness can come later. I have a friend who recently underwent Chemo and radiation... It's a tough road to watch someone go down... I can't imagine having to travel it myself. :flowerforyou:0

You've been thru this before so you know how your body responded and good for you for wanted it to be different this time around. I have a friend also going thru chemo and continues to hit the gym regularly, says it keeps the blues away and being around like minded people keeps him going. Never give up! You can do it. It motivates me to see the hard work being put in. Feel free to add me for extra support or 'motivation'. Even though it sounds like you already have a great attitude about it, we can never have enough . Best of luck to you! You got this!0
