    I've actually had alot of goals.

    Started June 2013 at 211.6 lbs
    May 2014 at 155 lbs Got pregnant and goal was to gain a healthy amount according to BMI which I did, 24.6 lbs
    January 2015 had baby, she was 7 lbs at birth
    Current Weight 145.4 lbs
    Goal weight: 110-115 lbs

    My original goal weight was 165 lbs. but I think I'm going to have to go below that to some extent.

    Remember we don't have a scale weight but a scale weight range, so allow for 5lb fluctuation around your goal

    Also - this current round is dealing w slight regain that occurred last year after injuries, after a larger loss in 2010 (178-->124, maintained that for years) and a smaller one in 2005 (198-->178; all I did for that one was move to a city that had good non-car-related transport options). 2005-2010 involved a fair bit of bouncing around between high 170s and ~150.

    When I was in my mid twenties, my highest weight was 220 or thereabouts.

    I lost weight and got to 175 but quickly gained it back to about 195.

    Fluctuated between 175 and 195 for several years.

    About 12 years ago, I decided I was done. I signed up with a trainer at the gym, who taught me how to log my food and count calorie and weight lift. I got down to about 155.

    Gained 30 pounds back to 185 over a five year period.

    In 2013 knew I needed to get back into counting calories again, but didn't want to do it by hand, which I found MFP. I quickly learned all the tools and started on my weigh loss journey. I got down to about 140 and have been maintaining for a year and a half.

    I currently weigh about 140, which is where I want to stay for awhile. I am thinking of cutting about 5 vanity pounds, or doing a body recomp. I'm not sure which yet.

    I got down to 137 but i didnt like the way my face looked . I had a goal to have a 6 pack but at 137 i had a good 2 pac and barely visable 4 pac. I may try again over the winter

    Started mid-Feb 2015.
    Reached first goal of -15kg by mid-June.
    Took a break for about a month.
    Decided to tackle second goal and started about mid-July.
    Down 4 kg more so far.
    Total lost so far ... 19 kg putting me pretty close to the middle of my normal BMI range.

    I will reassess at the end of September.
