Is a late dinner bad?

I have been staying well under my calorie goals and have been losing weight. I'm wondering if I would have more success if I made an effort to eat earlier. I usually eat dinner between 7 and 8 and occasionally later. Is this a problem even if I'm well under calorie intake for the day?

No. And that's not even that late. All that matters is that you are generally in a calorie deficit.0

Nope. Meal timing is irrelevant.0

No it makes no difference. Meal timing doesn't matter. Just stay within your calorie allotment0

Nope unless you have acid reflux.0

If you are diabetic or insulin-resistant, it may make a difference, as it can influence your morning blood sugar levels. And does not allow intermittent fasting very well I guess, unless that's your particulr window of eating!0

That is good to know I was always told that you should not eat after 7.0

Yeah, that's a myth. If you have no medical indications, when you eat is irrelevant.
How much you eat is, however, no matter what time of day it is.0
