Hi guys! I'm Aly, 21 years old, 5 feet 3 (estimated). So here's my story. I've always been fat since i was 5 years old and i have never been skinny (except when i was 4 years and below). I always felt like the fattest loser in class and my weight has really made a big impact on my self esteem. When i was 13 puberty came and i lost 10kg. But I was still chubby. As i grew older my weight gradually increased until i hit 75kg at 19 years old. I had to buy new clothes (extra large size) because my old clothes were too small. And that is when i realised i really really really need to make a change in my life. I was depressed but i was very motivated to lose weight. It took me about 7 months of clean eating and some exercise to drop 15kg! Yay me! So after 7 months of clean eating i was 60kg. For the first time i am no longer fat! Biggest achievement ever!! But being 60kg still isnt good enough for me. I wanted to be 50kg because i really want a flat tummy. But my weight losa hit a plateau and i gave up on myself, again. It's been more than a year now since i last go on a diet, and now i want to start eating clean again and count my calories. Im currently 58kg now and i have been trying so hard to eat clean and healthily and not exceeding my daily calories. Its hard when the food cravings come:( anyways i would love to hear your stories or weight loss plan! lets be friends and go on this journey together! Hello there! I'm kinda new here, actually this is the first time I decide to take a look to the community. Your story is awesome and so is your will! I'm currently 60kg and I don't feel happy at all with my body. When I was a kid, I wasn't skinny or big but you can tell I was going to have to control my weight when I grew up. I used to love sports of all kind and even got in a swimming team when I was 13 until I had to quit cause of college at the age of 16 (I'm 23 now). I was proud of my shape by then and I was around 56kg.
Lately I haven't been active at all, in fact, I got a car 2 years ago so I hardly walk now.
I started a 1000kcal diet some months ago but I lost it. 2 weeks ago, I decided to start again only this time I'd do it properly and running instead of walking, which burns more.
So! I'm from Argentina btw but since we're almost on the same weight and goal, I think we should totally go through this together!

Hi there!:) im so glad you are starting again:) lets do this together!! Whats your goal weight and what do you eat daily? my goal weight is 50kg and below and im currently in a 1200kcal diet. My diet mostly consist of steamed vegetables, egg and few pieces of meat. Im trying to cut down on carbs, less meat and get stuffed on vegetables. Its been a week since i started and i always want to give up but if we can support and motivate each other that woll be great!!!:D0

I was never really skinny or really fat, but im 5'2" im 25 years old. i gave birth last december, ironically, i didnt gained much weight, infact, after birth my clothes are lose, and then last month, my family and I went on a vacation, for almost a month, we were eating buffet breakfast every morning. I was 126 lbs prior to this vacation, and now im at 143 lbs. It is frustrating. I have been walking to and from work everyday, which is 30 mins each way and I also bought a waist training corset (mainly for my flabby tummy due to giving birth) and so my goal is to atleast be 110 lbs by December. My friends are petite and thin, so i dont really have someone to ask to go to a gym or whatever. But i am determined to job around the park after work everyday, I am just waiting for my armband (to listen to music while jogging) that I ordered online (on sale), which should arrive this week.
I am not much of a veggie person, I eat caesar salad. Thats about it. Although I eat very little, my problem at the gym before was that my calorie intake daily is 900 kcal, the nutritionist advised me to atleast hit 1200/day, and i find it hard to do that due to my work hours and inconvenience of preparing food, however, I have just made a list of my food for the week and planning to do my groceries after work today. They consist mostly of egg and cabbages, potatoes and mushroom soups in can and bread.0 -

It sounds like you've been successful before so you know what you are doing! I'd really reccommend sticking to these forums if you ever need any advice or a bit of a confident boost. Losing weight/burning fat can be a hard slog but don't be discouraged if you don't see results straight away! Take it slowly. You'll gradually learn good habits. Wishing you all the luck!0 -
