starting weight 192 5'11"
Current weight 170 normal BMI
Goal 160
1200 calories base, 1500 after exercise
63 married to woman who would love me no matter what I weigh. Now, she likes the result.
Always been athletic, always been 185-190. Never noticed it before turning 60. Something changed, the waist was growing.
Doctor wanted to refer me to a dietician but, that cost money. I'm cheap!
Found "myfitnesspal" it made counting calories easy.

You must be honest to yourself, count everything that crosses your lips!
I lost 20 pounds in 4 months. Been procrastinating about the next 10 lbs.

Now I eat normally and maintain. Beer is my downfall. It makes me hungry.
