4:00 and out of calories

I've eaten all of my calories and it's only 4:00! I'm going to go for a run and then eat some more, otherwise it will be tough to get up and exercise before breakfast tomorrow. Sigh.

This happen to anyone else? Just wanted to "be like everyone else" today at work and went overboard. Some days are tougher than others I guess.

    Hi there, how much calories do you eat a day? I work 12 hr shifts and I try to eat my breakfast closer to lunch around 11 so dat way I'm satisfied with eating a smaller lunch and holds me up til 5 to 6pm. I still push for a jog when I get home around 9pm. Hope that helps. :)

    Eat something whether you run or not! Just get back on it tomorrow!

    I had a real problem with overeating and then trying to compensate. Now I know to accept the not-so-healthy choices, learn from them, and get right back to my plan. Otherwise it becomes a cycle that's hard to break, for me anyway.
