Anyone else around 165 pounds with 20 pounds to go?

Just wondering if there is anyone else at about the same place as I am.

Counting not just calories but macros now, aiming for around 50 grams fat, 100 protein, and 150 carbs, though myfitnesspal gives me more.

i am currently 157 and original goal was 150 but now reconsidering for 140. I am 5'5". I currently use Fitness Blender free workouts 6 days a week a eat 1100-1200 cals a day.1

I Started at 165 but I'm taller than you at 5 foot 10. In one month I've only lost 3.5lbs on 1200 a day. It's coming off very slowly but at least it's coming off. Trying to get down to 145-150.1

I'm 5'3 started at 224 currently at 165 and trying to lose 20 pounds too!!!!1

I am 162, 5'6" and doing the same. Not just calories, but also macros (low Carb).
I've been fluctuating between mid 150's to low 160's for a while now, and can't break the habit.
I am actually trying out the ketogenic diet, low carb, high fat / protein. We'll see how it goes.

Hi! Just started back seriously exercising and counting calories, I'm 5'6 and exactly 165 lbs. I felt my healthiest around 135-140 so that is my goal for right now. I always assumed that being an RN walking up and down the floor would always keep weight off but the pounds kept coming so now I'm trying to eat better/exercise.

Hey! I am 5'2" currently 163, goal has been 130 for far too long... finally getting motivated since I gained from 150-155 lbs. Trying to cut out the breads, pasta and carb foods that make me feel bloated and tired! It's a struggle! This time around i'm taking it day by day... getting in exercise everyday even if it's just a few minutes and getting a plan to change my poor habits. Wishing all of you the best luck reaching your goals!0

I'm 5' 5" and 170ish right now and want to get down to 150ish. Started months ago at 184, got stuck at 176, but have come down over the last month +. I do a 20 minute strength or cardio 6 days a week and try to get in a short walk each day. Slow but steady!0

5'3 & 153. Want to lose 15-20 pounds by Thanksgiving. Goal weight is 136. I used to weigh 200 back in 2009. I lost 30 pounds in 2010, and 30 pounds in 2011. Lost a total of 60 pounds in 2 years! Before I got married that is! I was at my goal weight on my wedding day! I fit in a size 5 jeans! Now I'm fluctuating in a size 7/8 and have jelly arms and legs.... feel my clothes getting tighter! I need to lose weight too! Here with you!0

I'm 5'3 and I've been eating around 1200 calories and feel like that's been more than enough food for me. I do eat a little more when I exercise though.

I'm currently 155 ibs (female, 31, 5'6) as from my previous weigh-in a couple of days ago. I'm half-way to my goal weight of 120 ibs now (I started back in February), which is pretty exciting! I'm hoping to be around 130 ibs by the end of the year, but I'll take whatever I can get.
So far I've found weight loss pretty easy by fasting and cutting out sugar, alcohol etc. I haven't had so much as a sip of wine since I started losing weight (I keep sneaking in 1-2 cookies a week though, lol. Marylands cookies are too good!), not because I can't but I won't allow myself wine until I'm done. As with everyone else, I get the second 35 ibs will be tougher,so I'll probably step up my activity even more.

5'5" and currently hovering around 162-167. Trying to get down to 150. HOWEVER, this weekend I went clothes shopping and found I dropped a pants size, from 12 to 10. That made my day. GO US! If I can do it, we all can!1

I'm 5'3" at 172 - actually up from 162 - yikes! Want to take 20 off! I am overall down from 212 and don't want to go the other direction any further. Could definitely use the support and accountability!1

I'm 50 years old and 5'5" and started at 189 lbs. I'm currently at 172 lbs and want to get down to 145 lbs or less, so 27 lbs to go! I would love to be in the 130's again and if it happens, then wonderful, but I will be happy and satisfied with 140's. Although, once I'm down to 145 I may feel differently. lol Losing weight is one of the hardest things I've ever done next to quitting smoking back in 1993.0
