Hello I have started to use this App again
Dropped from 16 stones to 13. I was eating clean and training hard in the gym. Now I can do with some support and motivation trying lose a stone as I have gone back up to 14 stones.
Confused whether to keep hitting weights or stick to cardio?
How are you getting on with our goals

    Hi! :)
    I'd suggest incorporating weights and cardio - ie, weights on monday, cardio Tuesday etc.
    Good luck and well done on starting back!

    I am burning 1000 calories on cardio days
    How long do you think I should hit the weights for?
    Some people say don't eat after 7pm any thoughts ?
