I found this spiffy little "Bridal Workout" online at exercisetv.tv

I've been doing this when I can't get outside for my jogs, I break a decent sweat, it makes me feel pretty sore especially during the end :)

    BTW, isn't it a jyp that they turned FitTV into Fit and Health and the only exercise shows on the channel is from 3-5 am and it's all Gilad?!?! What the heck!?! All this for the OWN network which only has a handful of original programing? BAH!!! I used to love my bellydancing shows.
