Experience getting a Professional Body Analysis

I tore my ACL (again) last winter. I got my OP just two weeks afterwards and was back training (with PT supervision) 3 weeks later. Since then I really concentrated on getting stronger and since July have felt like I'm back at where I was fitness wise. This summer I was back hiking and running and did a 4 day hike with over 1200 meters of altitude a day with no problem.
The thing is, in this time I've gained 2 kilos (5lbs) from where I was before I tore my ACL. This has really been bugging me and I find myself looking at the scale way too often and feeling like it's impossible to get back to my old weight. so... I decided to get a professional body analysis done to figure out where the weight was coming from and it turns out that I have 15% body fat (which I was very surprised about) and 45% from muscle.
I'm no body builder - I do yoga once a week, pilates (with a reformer machine) once a week, and run 4-5 times a week, or I mix it up with a hike. I don't understand how this routine is leading to such muscle build up. But ok, those were the results.
I guess my point is, I can cut back my fitness routine and see if I lose weight, but that for anyone who is struggling with a few pounds, doing a body analysis really helps to understand what the number on the scale means and not to freak out about!:) Mine cost 30 Euros and lasted about 15 mins with the discussion with the nutritionist.

What method of analysis was used ?0

hmm, in German it's called "bioelektrische Impedanzanalyse" . She put two electric pads on my hand and two on my foot...0

It also measured: Water weight, weight from organs, blood, etc. Bodyfat, metabolic index, and how many calories I need at rest and for a normally active day..
Here from the form I got, in case you understand german:)
aus dem Körperwasser (Hormonstörungen, Allergien, Belastungen),
der Magermasse (Organ- und Muskelzellenverlust, Vitamin- und Mineralstoffmangel)
der Masse an Körperfett (Über- und Untergewicht),
dem Grundumsatz (Energieverbrauch und -mangel)
und dem metabolischen Index (Energiemangel, Bluthochdruck).0 -
