For what?
If it's for weight loss, I'd return them to the store. All you need to do is eat less calories than you burn and you will lose weight.
I suggest you set your goals up in MFP, weigh your food, log everything you eat, and take it from there. You can do this.0 -

Celebrities get paid to endorse products.
Before and after images are photoshopped.
Also, there are companies that have been stealing people's before and after photos to promote their own products.
Don't get me wrong...there will be weight loss.... in your wallet.0
