My C25K Challenge.... Who's with me?

Well, I'm going to play catch up this week. I ran today W1D1 so I will run again Thu and then Sat. When I logged my calories for my walk/run in on MFP this morning, it said 500 something for the C25K... what? My HRM said about 180 which I thought was very low.... so I'm not sure which one to use. I ended up going by the HRM.
Does anyone else think that 180 was low, or is it just me? :noway:
I did W1D1 today and used the calorie counter on my iPhone c25k program and it said i did 213kcal......if that says anything. There was no HRM associated with this reading...0 -
