When should I look for results?

Hi guys. I'm staying consistent, I'm good at counting my calories, and I'm a hard worker at the gym. I strength train, I love my squats, my push ups, and all that.
But it's only been 2 weeks since I last decided to push myself into the consistency.
I'm looking to transform my body, lose inches, lose jeans sizes, look good..
Wondering when after getting back into exercise do we start seeing those inches fall off? I don't have any short term goals. I wanna be fit for life. But how much could I expect to succeed in a 12 week time frame, 16 weeks? I wanna know when I'll look at measuring tape and say damn, I lost an inch without a doubt! I can't wait til I can say Damn I gotta go buy me some new jeans :):)

There are a ton of variables. A few are like how tall you are, what your lifestyle is like, how much weight you want to lose, how much you weigh now, etc., to factor in for results.
If (IF) you are weighing out everything and staying with a reasonable calorie deficit, you should see a weight lose in the first 2-3 weeks. If you're consistent you should start seeing some noticeable results(mirror, clothes) in 6 weeks, definitely at 8 weeks.
I suggest, other than the scale or mirror, you take some measurements now (record them, paper, excel sheet, whatever) and re-check every 6 weeks (record those too!). These are great motivating tools.

You may see changes within a month. It all depends on your body. I took before pictures at the first of august and after today because I finished up the program I was doing. You can already see the changes. Everyone is different. You may see the inches falling off sooner than you think.

Thanks guys! I've definitely got all my starting measurements down. Im looking to take off 30 pounds and down the road 40. I'm 22 and 5'4''. But most importantly, I want to drop from a size 12/14 in jeans to a 6/8. I eat good choices for foods but I can't resist sugar in my coffee and a little dairy here and there. Wondering how much that will affect things. I don't eat badly, just not super insanely clean like some advise.

Calorie deficit for weight loss. A little sugar in coffee is not going to hurt you. Eating clean has nothing to do with losing weight. CICO

Measure yourself once a month - you'll surprise yourself.

This will all happen as and when your body decides. Eating at a deficit and exercising will certainly equal inch loss and weight loss.

I've lost almost 30lbs and I'm still noticing changes here and there - very small changes. It's a long process so don't expect huge results in two weeks. Give yourself a chance and just enjoy getting there :)

Well I started being super consistent with my food and exercise about 3 months ago, and I'm starting to see some real results now.

Annoyingly I'm not down a full dress size, but my trousers/leggings are now gaping a bit at the waist, and my arms are looking a lot more defined. I've also had people (who knew I was losing weight) say I'm looking trimmer.

Although definitely take pictures, as after a month I felt like I was getting no where, my weight wasn't changing nor was my measurements. Then I took pictures and compared to my first set, and I could definitely see a difference. I ad just lost from areas I hadn't measured.
