Starting over again and need friends

I have been on this roller coaster for three years now ever since I had my youngest, I gained 30 pounds due to medical and now I gained another 20 due to moving and stress but I decided I can't keep living this life because I'm not getting any younger, im 26 5'4 with two little ones and married, I weigh 190 and looking to be 130-140. I need motivation but I also love to motivate also, so please add me and we can do this together.
