I'm lost

Alright, I'm lost!
My background in weight loss is as such.
First weight loss success was through herbal magic. (Knew nothing about dieting, was desperate) I lost 25lbs
Second weight loss success was with a boot camp. Taught me to eat portions and exercise (no calorie deficit) I lost around 30lbs
After I had my daughter I was at my all time high. I lost all 70lbs on my own. Started with MFP and continued on my own with just making healthy choices and portion control
Now after my son, I have done MFP yes I weighed my food, stayed in my deficit, exercised 4-6x a week. Lost 15lbs. (Still have 40 to go to be prepregnancy)
My weight stalled. No matter staying in my deficit (yes I'm weighing, drinking my water etc) I get in 3-4 servings each of fruit and veggies with I try 2-3 servings of protein within my deficit. I feel like I'm starving! I get the shakes. Despite my efforts I'm once again lost. I have hurt my foot so can't do my cardio and some weights.
I bought a bowflex and can't wait to get it up, but I just feel lost frustrated. Maybe an under lying health issue? I don't know but I feel this time around I'm more active then what I was with my daughter, and yet the weight is stinking. Any suggestions? Help? And I don't have access to my diary as at this time I'm lost and have not been entering.

What is your calorie goal? If you're getting the shakes, your goal may be too aggressive. How much are you trying to lose per week?0

I tried 1. Was at the 1900 calorie deficit for a month or two. Didn't lose anything. I wasn't even meeting the 1900 deficit so I thought eating too much. Changed it to the 1400 deficit. Now I struggle to stay under despite the servings on fruits and veg and proteins and get the shakes. And still not losing. I went 4 weeks of doing fantastic with eating, exercise and gained 3lbs(going to assume muscle) was feeling great aaand then my foot started giving me issues and I was diagnosed with a foot issue (can't remember name off the top
Of my head) which is caused from poor footwear, too aggressive exercise and being over weight.0 -

You won't gain muscle in a deficit, although your muscles may temporarily retain water if you're starting a new fitness routine.
If you aren't losing weight, it means you aren't at a deficit. I noticed you said that you were weighing everything. Are you confident that you are picking the correct entries from the database? There are a lot of inaccurate entries in there and that can lead to problems with logging. When you lost 15 pounds, what was your calorie goal? Is it the same as it was when you were starving? Sorry for the questions, but your timeline (the calorie goals you had at various times and how you felt when meeting each goal -- as well as the results) are a little unclear to me.

Can you open your diary so we can see what you're eating?0

Dropping calories from 1900 to 1400 seems a bit aggressive, especially since you've got your hands full with two adorable kids. Perhaps you could reset to something mid-range, i.e., 1600 and try it out for several weeks.
Since you're not able to exercise because of the foot injury, you're going to have to be extra careful with your food weighing and recording. When you can start walking & exercising again, you'll have more latitude.
You can get back to it and be successful - just start.0 -
I've been off and on with keeping up with my diary so there isn't much to go on. I can open it up tho.
I started with over 2000 calories and was breastfeeding at the time. I reduced to 1500 after a certain amount lost and when I stopped breastfeeding. It went good for a while and stalled which is now causing my frustration and lack of interest in logging0 -

How long were you stalled? Were you stalled AND felt like you were starving? Or are those two separate times you're referring to?

Well, for me personally when I get that shaky hunger it means I've had the blood sugar spike and then crash. It comes from eating breakfast (mostly happens mid-morning, but not always) that's too heavy on the carbs and not much fat or protein. It raises blood sugar, then crashes in a couple of hours giving me that shaky hunger. For me -- as in, my situation with info given to me by my doctor -- it's because I am pre-diabetic. The solution was to eat more "fibery" carbs (i.e., whole grain toast vs. a white bagel) along with protein, and to make sure that the proportion of carbs to protein/fat was right.
So my old breakfast of a bagel with jam, or cereal with skim milk, was absolutely no good. Now I have a slice of Ezekiel bread and eggs, or Greek yogurt with chia seeds, or a piece of chicken, or something like that. I save my cereal for a snack later in the day, and I have a smaller bowl of it.
So you might try that. It can't hurt anyway, because it's still a healthy meal it just has more protein in it. And maybe talk to your doctor about that shaky feeling, just in case.

ive been stalled now for quite some time.
i even went back to trying the bootcamp method that i had used, which was not logging calories, but kept a certain set of rules. no eating after 8, 8 glasses of water (which i was doing anyways logging), no alcohol, working out 6x a week, logging food (just not calories) and making eating a conscience effort (choosing the apple over a candy bar) I lost a lot of weight prior using the bootcamp method. So ya. i made the diary open to public now. go back i would say to the couple months where i originally stalled, as after that ive been up and down and all around.
No i was doing ok on the 1500 calories it seemed?0 -

You were stalled for two months while consistently eating 1,500 calories?0
