Has anyone had any positive relationship with this supplement? I am using omega soul 60% hca alongside a green tea fat burner. I have been going 4 days strong and my appetite has been less than it was before. My caloric intake is definitely less than before as well and I have only been walking more as my exercise(I haven't been able to make time for the gym yet).
Just want to get other people's thoughts and if there are any suggestions to go with this plan!
Thanks in advance!!!

Your fat burners are doing nothing - just like the Garcinia Cambodia would do. Nothing.

Get a refund and don't bother buying into the scam.

A friend gave me a bottle and I've been using it. While I can't tell a difference really I figure it can't really hurt so I'm sticking with it. I wouldn't have paid money for it though.

I'm not going to claim that a little caffeine and a little other stuff won't be something that can be clinically tested to show a mild effect. But here's what I AM here to say:

-Sleeping 7-8 hours will help more with weight loss than these supplements.
-Walking 10,000 steps will help more with weight loss than these supplements.
-Doing the two things above will help more with giving you energy than the supplements will.
-Eating at a calorie deficit is all you need to do. You DO NOT need supplements like these to achieve that. All you need to do is track what you're eating and make sure you're eating at a deficit. THAT'S IT.

I am not relying primarily on these supplements at all. My sister passed them onto me and I am willing to give them a try. At least to get a routine going. I am currently at the end of school and with finals coming up I have started to stress eat. These, the past 4 days, have help me not choose the wrong foods to snack on. Once finals are over I plan to pick the gym up again and start a better routine.
Again, I will say that my appetite has been less in control of my body and I am happy about that.

A friend gave me a bottle of arsenic. I can't tell a difference in my weight loss, but figure it can't really hurt right??

(Yes, yes, I know garcinia isn't arsenic. But this line of thinking always makes me weep. "I don't really know what this or what it does/doesn't do, but I'm just going to take it anyway").

The only thing that helps weight loss is a calorie deficit. Eat less than you burn and you will lose weight.

It sounds to me like you have gotten control of your appetite. Your appetite does not have the power to control you.

I would say taking the Garcinia Cambodia and green tea and being able to control your appetite more is pretty much coincidence.

Nope. I bought some garcinia cambogia, and it was a waste of money. Does nothing except make someone else rich.

I'm glad you laughed at that. :)

On topic and to add more to my original "no"; I've tried all of those magic pills except CLA as well as drinking lots of green tea. Nothing made any difference whatsoever other than less money in my wallet and I'm tired of green tea.

Exactly. Most supplements like this aren't even properly regulated. There could be anything in them.

Sadly, once the Garcidia Clambodia fad dies down, something else will take it's place. It's a scam, OP. You don't even know what's in it, either.
