Im a 5"3 24 year old female since I've started myfitness 8 weeks ago Ive dropped from 160 pounds to 148, I've being eating 1400-1500 calories as Im quite active mainly healthy unprocessed foods with the occasional treat here and there. I've being going to the gym 4-5 times a week for an hour doing a mixture of cardio and fitness classes. I manage a fast food restaurant so am surrounded by temptation but am making sure I pack a healthy filling meal to take to work. My goal in 135, good luck to everyone with their journey :)
