Stopped weight training and jumped on the body weight train.

You have such a positive attitude. I am no expert but I know we all have different goals and different ways to get there. Some people get upset when others don't agree with them. Good on you for keeping it positive. Good luck with your goals.0

In my experience once you've reached a certain amount of strength the ability to do hand stand push ups (particularly off the wall) has a lot more to do with balance, alignment and flexibility.0
