24 Hour Challenge - Sept 2015

The challenge is to exercise a total of 24 hours in the month of September. Time to get moving!

    I'm in! I was kicking myself for not joining in on the August challenge and I really need to get recommitted to consistent exercise.

    I'm on board, I just got my eating down packed and now looking forward to toning up abs /stomach area from the loads of burgers since I've started working with food 4 years ago. Weight was 288 3 weeks ago, weight in is in a week from now to see were I stand from clean eating, once a month weight in... Good luck... I know I'll need it...lol

    Ok start...got off work late and was a bit tired so was only able to knock out 42 minutes on the elliptical tonight.
    Sooo, 23 hrs, 18 min. left for the month :);)

    I have done this challenge since March, and have made the 24 hour goal each month so far. So here's to September! It's finally spring, so hopefully I'll be able to get out and about more often again. :)

    March: 38 hours 4 min
    April: 43 hours 6 min
    May: 35 hours 50 min
    June: 41 hours 53 min
    July: 32 hours 45 min
    Aug: 28 hours 8 min




    Sep 1 - 4.2 km walking (52 min) + 25 flights of stairs (18 min)
    Sep 2 - 1.4 km walking (17 min) + 25 flights of stairs (18 min)

    Totals

    Sep Cycling Outside: 0 km (0 min)
    Sep Cycling Inside: 0 min
    Sep Walking: 5.6 km (69 min)
    Sep Stairs: 50 flights (36 min)
    Sep Other:
    Sep Time Total: 105 min = 1 hour 45 min
    Sep Distance Total: 5.6 km = 3.4 miles

    Slacked a little over the last couple days, but here's what I DID do:

    4th: 30 min walk/jog (it was over 90 degrees outside so I had to stop early :o )
    5th: no workout (worked 12 hour shift and that worked me out plenty)
    6th: 1 hour 10 min cardio work at the gym (did some strength training too, but don't time or count that)
    Total for Sept. : 2 hours, 52 minutes
    Remaining: 21 hours, 8 minutes

    Sep 6 - 1.5 km (18 min) walk to a waterfall

    Sep Walking: 15.1 km (185 min)
    Sep Stairs: 75 flights (54 min)
