    Sep 5: 60 min, 18.6 mi + 35 min Better Bones and Balance with 10-lb weighted vest
    Total for Sep so far: 5.7 hrs, 78.8 mi.

    Slacked a little over the last couple days, but here's what I DID do:

    4th: 30 min walk/jog (it was over 90 degrees outside so I had to stop early :o )
    5th: no workout (worked 12 hour shift and that worked me out plenty)
    6th: 1 hour 10 min cardio work at the gym (did some strength training too, but don't time or count that)
    Total for Sept. : 2 hours, 52 minutes
    Remaining: 21 hours, 8 minutes

    Sep 6 - 1.5 km (18 min) walk to a waterfall
