There is no fast way to lose weight, fad diets and pills do NOT work. Remember, you didn't gain that extra weight over night, don't expect it to go away over night. Work at changing your life style; exercise more and eat right.0

As for the fast weight loss question - there are plenty of fasts ways, none of which are sustainable, healthy or smart. Stick to eating at a healthy deficit, you'll lose weight at a safe rate and you'll probably keep it off too!0 -

Losing weight fast is very unhealthy. There are so many risks involved with fast weight loss. DO you want your body to cannibalize muscle and organs? I guess if you don't feel like you need your stomach, heart, liver, brain, etc, go for it! If you have very little weight to lose, the loss will be slower, but it will happen. Just follow MFP, eat sensibly and be patient.0

This a million times. Losing weight "fast" is also extremely unhealthy. You mentioned that you aren't overweight to begin with. Why do you want to lose weight so fast? Do you want to look leaner? Have more muscle tone? That requires taking care of your body, not abusing it. The number on the scale means little when body composition is your goal.

Yeah, don't rush it, just live healthy (for life) and it will happen. Consume less, move more, make healthy diet/life choices. If you have the mind set to lose as fast as possible, you won't be successful.0
