Might have to start using a gym bag before I decide what I need in it.0
-
Pit stick and hand chalk0

Not much besides the essentials. I do keep a pair of gloves for the rowing machine. It was ripping up my palms before I started using them.0
-
My little hand towel to cover up the cardio machine calorie tracker so I don't stare at it. Water. 1000 extra batteries for my mp3 player.0

Towel, waterbottle, gloves.0

Really just depends if you're changing when you get there, showering there after, etc. If I'm coming from work and changing there it's mostly just clothes.. tank, workout capris, sneakers, socks, sports bra, headband and hair tie, deoderant, small towel, lock, phone and earbuds, water.
I don't do anything intricate at the gym that requires additional stuff. The only other things I could ever imagine needing would be a yoga mat and boxing gloves if I was going to a class that didn't provide those.0 -
unless im going somewhere after the gym, i dont bring anything other than water (Which i leave in the car most of the time), my phone (for music) and a handtowel.
If I am going somewhere I bring shower stuff and clothes, obviously lol

Water bottle, towel, MP3 player, banana, caffeine. Reserve carbs. Pen and training record. Rowing seat pad. I feel very out of sorts if I dont have all of these as its part of my routine.
@jruzer You will find your skin toughens up after a while. You might have to get past a few blisters. Most people dont row long enough for it to be an issue.0 -

Water, pretty much always. Otherwise, depends on the activity.
For spin class, add shoes, towel, sweatband for my head (I sweat *buckets*), chapstick, gel seat cover.
For rowing on water, add hat, tiny fanny pack (boathouse key, chapstick, foot-stretcher tool, cloth for sweat-wiping), Garmin Forerunning & Strokecoach.
For indoor rowing, add notebook/pen, seat pad.
For lifting, add notebook/pen, towel or sweatband, maybe gloves.0 -
Towel, extra socks, headphones, mp3 player, program, pen, extra hair ties, water bottle, deodorant, gym key, lifting gloves, spare gloves,0

Workout clothes and shoes, lifting gloves, hand braces and ear buds (in what my son calls my gym purse), washbag (deo, moisturizer, makeup for after, comb, hair styling junk), flip flops for shower, Quest or Bup bar if I am going elsewhere after the gym, and water bottle. If I go dressed in my workout clothes and shower afterwards at home, I just throw my phone, car keys and membership card in my gym purse and take only that. My gym purse is a tiny bag with handles that I use because I got really tired of picking up and carrying miscellaneous necessary stuff around the weight area and then afterwards to the cardio area. One small bag keeps it all together.0
-
gum, headphones (though I rarely do cardio and don't need music for lifting), comb, training log, chuck taylors, water bottle, sometimes a quest bar, pencil, tennis ball.0
-
Lock, headset, iPod, hairbrush, water bottle - and these days, 2lb ankle weights and a resistance band.0
-
Towel, water bottle, Gu chomps, ring cozy, bandaids, extra socks, extra tops, hair ties, lip balm, protein powder & shaker, make up removal wipes (I go straight from work and I cannot stand make up while I work out).
Let's be honest, my car is like a closet. Multiple pairs of shoes, yoga mat, different gym outfits etc.0 -
Lock, earbuds, shoes (for lifting and for cardio), hairbrush, deodorant, hand towel, water bottle...and so on. >.o;0
