Hello all. I'm looking for new friends for motivation. I've completed 2 1/2 marathons, but I wasn't seeing the results anymore. I'm now beginning Phase 3 of Jamie Easons program from bodybuilding.com. I love the results but the lbs aren't melting off like I expected. That's why I've started MFP again.
