    Frustrated weight is hanging in there working out 6 days a week trying to stick with low-carb diet but it's really kicking my butt making me more tired Ugh! Hope everybody's day is going Great!!

    Maybe you should workout every other day. Gives your body a time of rest. It is probably water retention from your work outs

    Successes/struggles this week: Monday morning weigh-ins are always difficult for me. After seeing my lowest weight of the week on Saturdays (121.6 this week), recording my highest weight is discouraging. It doesn't matter how diligent I am with my diet over the weekend, there is always a Monday weight gain.

    Successes/struggles this week: Did SO much better this week. Trying to keep a glass of water with me in the evenings to keep from snacking, and I believe this helped. Also drank a glass of milk, and that helped. Exercised a lot - 22 mile bike ride on saturday, and 5.75 mile hike yesterday.

    Successes/struggles this week: Huh. Definitely surprised at the two pound drop, but I'm stoked about it!! Did pretty well this week but only exercised one day so wasn't expecting much movement. Hopefully I do just as well next week!

    Successes/struggles this week: To be honest I'm not surprised. Not because I did anything particularly wrong but because I had huge losses the last couple of weeks. I suspected that some would be water loss or something else.

    Its also the first time in 4months that I actually put some weight on. Which was bound to happen. I am beginning to lose motivation. And it was my birthday week so I did have a few treats(still within my goal though).

    However, this week I need to re-focus on drinking sufficient water.
