    Successes/struggles this week: I've lost 30 pounds since starting My Fitness Pal 2 years ago. It has been a slow but steady process and I am almost to my goal. This is where it really gets hard though because in the past when I almost reach my goal is when I fall back into old habits.....NOT this time though!

    Successes/struggles this week: Started back at teaching for the fall semester so it's been a little bit more of a struggle to plan and get exercise in. I'm also exhausted so I tend to not get a lot of extra steps in so my calorie burn is getting lower. Hopefully things will pick up as I adjust again. I need to find a time to get to the pool because that really helps me.

    I've lost 17 lbs since the beginning of June when I started MFP and I lost 6 lbs. in August. I'm hoping to do the same in September, which would put me under 190 for the first time in many years.

    Success/struggles this week: I weighed myself for the first time in YEARS on Aug 12 and it was 281 (believe it or not I was pleased with this, I had prepared myself to see like 350) and since then have lost 4ish lbs. I feel like the number should be moving more quickly but trying not to be impatient. I didn't work out at all last week so will try and be more active this week and hopefully the numbers start to move in the right direction!

    Successes/struggles this week: My struggle is to just stick with it. I have been successful at losing weight before, but for the last 3 years I have been unable to stick with it and keep steadily gaining.

    Successes/struggles this week: My goal for this month will be a struggle because I have 2 vacations planned this month, 1 to the beach and 1 camping. But I plan to make the best food choices I can and get in a much exercise/movement as possible. I can do this!!
