    This past weekend hubby and I went to our first bed and breakfast! Even though we had a blast my diet was horrible and not any exercise! So this is time to get back on track!

    This is a follow on from the August 2015 Weight Loss Challenge. It works the same way: You set your own goals, then weigh in each week. (Feel free to change the weigh-ins to suit your own schedule.) Everyone is welcome, no matter what your goals may be. You don't need to have done the August challenge to join in September.

I also felt rather unmotivated when I got back, but I feel like I'm getting back into it, now. I'm really hoping to have a successful month this month. :)

    Successes/struggles this week: I have been eating out quite a bit and gained 12 lbs in two months. Back down 4 of the 12 & have started riding a bicycle. May need to increase my daily step count as well.
