Frustrated weight is hanging in there working out 6 days a week trying to stick with low-carb diet but it's really kicking my butt making me more tired Ugh! Hope everybody's day is going Great!!
Maybe you should workout every other day. Gives your body a time of rest. It is probably water retention from your work outs0 -

Successes/struggles this week: Monday morning weigh-ins are always difficult for me. After seeing my lowest weight of the week on Saturdays (121.6 this week), recording my highest weight is discouraging. It doesn't matter how diligent I am with my diet over the weekend, there is always a Monday weight gain.0 -

Successes/struggles this week: To be honest I'm not surprised. Not because I did anything particularly wrong but because I had huge losses the last couple of weeks. I suspected that some would be water loss or something else.
Its also the first time in 4months that I actually put some weight on. Which was bound to happen. I am beginning to lose motivation. And it was my birthday week so I did have a few treats(still within my goal though).
However, this week I need to re-focus on drinking sufficient water.
