Zumba Basics and 20 Min Express DVD - cals?

Hi all,
Just got the Zumba Basics and 20 minute express DVD, and I feel that I'm going to be using it for a LONG time before I move on to anything else, I am ridiculously uncoordinated! It runs for around 80 minutes, and is not as full-on as regular Zumba, but definitely gets me sweaty and gets my muscles burning! Had anyone worn a HRM while doing it? If not, what do you log it as?

I have worn a HRM during a Zumba Wii workout and found out i burned about 100 cals to the 10 minutes....0

I've only done Zumba at the gym. I use a HRM and I've burned anywhere from 800-1200 calories depending on how hard I pushed myself.0

I just got my DVDs this week and have been searching around for calorie burn numbers. Another diet site has me burning 181 calories for the 20 minute express. I figured I would look at the Basics DVD as if I had done "real" Zumba for 30 minutes, since it's an instructional video and at a slower pace. 30 min = 272 calories for me (I weigh around 190).0
