    Successes/struggles this week: Did SO much better this week. Trying to keep a glass of water with me in the evenings to keep from snacking, and I believe this helped. Also drank a glass of milk, and that helped. Exercised a lot - 22 mile bike ride on saturday, and 5.75 mile hike yesterday.

    Successes/struggles this week: Huh. Definitely surprised at the two pound drop, but I'm stoked about it!! Did pretty well this week but only exercised one day so wasn't expecting much movement. Hopefully I do just as well next week!

    Successes/struggles this week: To be honest I'm not surprised. Not because I did anything particularly wrong but because I had huge losses the last couple of weeks. I suspected that some would be water loss or something else.

    Its also the first time in 4months that I actually put some weight on. Which was bound to happen. I am beginning to lose motivation. And it was my birthday week so I did have a few treats(still within my goal though).

    However, this week I need to re-focus on drinking sufficient water.

    Successes/struggles this week: Actually dreaded weighing self this morning but I lost a pound which is nothing short of a small miracle. Was on a weekend away with my husband in the land of real French bread, worldly wines, decadent desserts/cheeses & fabulous food. Didn't meet my 10K steps ea day (close!) but tried my best to balance the heaviness of one meal with the lightness of others. So grateful for this weekly weigh-in & monthly challenge! Kept me focused on my goals & on track!!

    Successes/struggles this week: I've been 144.8 all week. Today back up to 145, probably because I ate a bigger volume of food yesterday - I didn't go over my calories by much, but it was still a bigger volume and also more carbs than I've been eating (damn you bananas!) so it's just water weight. Bring on 144 next week, hopefully!
