    Good luck to you. Find some type of exercise you enjoy; and be sure to log your food. I went a long time w/o logging and fell into a bit of a gain. I am not that upset as I have been on a plateau for a while now. Thursday I face the doc and the scale. It is not too scary for me to face her, she understands, that is the best part. I am currently on a diet that is basically calorie counting. The number of calories I take in was figured up using Metabolic Testing that I underwent in July 2013. I have been at it since then. Did not get the exercise part in until late August 2013; however, I am now at walking over 1,615 miles since that date. I have just fallen a bit "off" as I had a lot of stressful events since the spring. Some very Wonderful, some not so much. But all I can say is stay true to yourself, try to put yourself first (especially if you are a Mom, it's difficult and I relate as I have 3 kids -- almost 23, almost 21 and just about 18.5 years old).
