Hi everyone.

I thought I would share my "success" thus far. 50 lbs lost. 277 lbs down to 227 lbs.

I'm 27 years old, 6'2"

    All I can say is that if I can do it, I KNOW you can too.

    Just WANT it and you will ACHIEVE it.

    Although I imagine my words don't mean too much seeing as I am still fat! Just "less fat" lol

    You're doing a great job and you're looking great. I was so very excited when I went from the obese to the overweight category. I can't wait to be able to post some decent before and after pics... Seeing these pics like this is always such great inspiration.
