I am at 253 and need to be down to 150 the doctor says. Knowing the number you need to loss can seem overwhelming. Add me and we can help each other with support. Good luck to us all!0

I have lost 36 pounds so far. I need to lose 89 more. Some of it is pregnancy weight. It's hard... One day at a time. Looking for friends0

DoItBigGirl just said
"Don't worry if you hit a wall
Progress is progress
No matter how small."
Or something like that. Words to live by.0 -
I now weight 269 and I am looking to lose about 80lbs or more. It's going to be a long journey but I am confident I can do this. It's all about support and determination. So if you need support, someone to talk to, encouragement, friendship, I am here. Just add me as a friend and talk to me. I am a great listener.0

Anyone feel free to add me. I'm also a Jawbone user so a partner to do duels with would be awesome!

I have at least 100 lbs to lose as well. I'm just wondering if everyone is going by what they want to weigh or BMI ? Mine is my own goal which is higher weight then BMI0

I'm going for both. I work out and find it her ways to burn calories. I've lost 63 pounds in 11 weeks but I still have 100to go. I'm having a knee replacement in 2weeks so I'm worried about not being able to work out0

I've needed a double knee replacement for over 15yrs. They want me to wait until I'm 50. Let me k ow how it goes.0

Even now I'm tempted to fake it... Maybe just 100... No confess... Ok 150... Girl... Ok here is the deal.... First time admission out into the world... I need to lose 200 lbs. *kitten*.0

So... Two weeks into it. Been exercising and logging my intake. It helps to confess it to your food diary. I'm not interested in weighing myself until I feel better. My birthday is in a month... Maybe then. My partner is working out with me... That helps. Farmer markets are fun... Food porn from healthy magazines.0

For my 30th birthday, God gave me sudden onset sever rhumatoid arthritis. I also have fibro, asthma, and several other major heath issues that won't kill, but will stick me in a home. I'm 48 now. I take fists full of meds just to move. Anything less than total dedication puts me back in that stupid wheelchair at 295. Not for me. Pray away the pain. I know pain.0

Also keep in mind, some days all you can do is sit on the couch and hope to feel better tomorrow.0

I need to lose 100 lbs as well. I gained the weight rapidly due to alcoholism/binge eating around 5 years. I've lost ~40lbs in that time and now want to lose a good 100lb more. I don't want this body anymore.0
