Hi.
1. 130ish...but I'm waffling between that and 125ish.
2. That, the 125ish, was my 'normal' weight before getting pregnant and ballooning.
3. I would probably refer back to #1 and say: yes. Initially, hitting 'One-derland,' then 130; BUT, eventually, I'd love to drop down to pre-pregnancy weight (technically: 126.2).
4. 216.7 (see #7).
5. 120 ??? I don't really know. I've never been below 126--but I was a strong and muscled 126. I guess, as long as I don't look unhealthy.
6. 210.2
7. 216.7
8. 5'5" (65")...but 5'6" (66") on a good day
What about you?0 -

2. It's near the top of a healthy BMI range and it seems like a healthy, attainable, but slim place for me to be.
3. Kind of. My goal for end of year is 175. 177 will be the lightest I've been in 7 years and a big deal for me.

1.What's your goal weight.
57kg (125lbs)
2.Why did you choose that goal weight.
Because I got down to 60kg (132lbs) and still have a bit of tummy fat to lose
3.Do you have more than 1 goal weight.
Originally it was 65kg (143lbs) I used to think 65kg was my ideal/easy to maintain weight. But I was not happy with that and changed to 60kg (132lbs). Now I'm here, I've still got more to go.
4.What's the highest weight you never want to go over.
I'd like to stay below 62kg (136lbs) now, but I intend to start lifting more next year, so it would be more about bf% than weight number then.
5.What's the lowest weight you don't ever want to go under.
55kg (121lbs)??
6.What's your current weight.
60kg (132lbs)
7.What's your starting weight.
71kg (156lbs)
8.What is your height.
165cm (5'5)0 -
1. 140 or 130. We'll see? I can't decide!
2. Both are healthy weights for my height on the BMI scale, and somewhere inside I still don't think I will ever see either number come up when I step on a scale... I need to see it to believe it!
3. Kind of. This is a popular answer, so I picked it.
4. 200.
5. Probably the low end of the BMI weight range for my height, 110-115.
6. 147... but not for long because I'm going to Disneyland this weekend! woohoo!!!!!
7. 175 when I started weighing on my personal scale, but I remember being 180-185 at the doctor's office in the past year.
8. 5'3.5"-5'4"... changes on a daily basis but I go with 5'4" on MFP because I can

Oh I have no issues with setting goals but OP has another active thread about trying to determine wiggle room for a goal weight. Just seems a little concerning. Believe me, I can fixate on numbers with the best of them but have had to learn with this process that as much as I want everything to be completely predictable and resulting from direct causal factors, sometimes directionally correct has to be good enough as does, "I will know what done looks like when I get there".

1.What's your goal weight.
150
2.Why did you choose that goal weight.
Because it's 50lbs less than where I started, and it's gets me close to my suggested weight.
3.Do you have more than 1 goal weight.
Not yet. I can't remember what it's like to be 150, so we'll see how it feels and looks on me when I get there.
4.What's the highest weight you never want to go over.
200. I couldn't believe I was actually there when I started this.
5.What's the lowest weight you don't ever want to go under.
114 is the lowest in my healthy range, but I don't think I'd try to go below 120. I don't want to lose too many curves.
6.What's your current weight.
192.1
7.What's your starting weight.
200
8.What is your height.
