For the sweet tooth I love my pumpkin pie smoothie. 1/2 cup canned pumpkin, 1 cup cocunut almond milk, 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice, 1/2 tsp brown sugar, 3 ice cubes, 1/2 cup of water. Sometimes I'll put low calorie vanilla yogurt in it and maybe even a graham's cracker crushed up mixed it in. Very low in calories and really my tasty night cap.

hmm.. im a big believer in STILL enjoying actual "BAD" foods because if you dont- you go freaking crazy!! MODERATION0

Eh, I'm always looking for good low calorie things. Though I really really don't like drinking my calories. Must chew.0

Because you like pumpkin, you might like it in over -night oats, or added to yogurt. You also might like baked oatmeal with pumpkin:

29oz Pumpkin Puree (Large can)
1/2C Brown Sugar
4 Eggs
2tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1tsp Salt
1-1/2tsp Baking Powder
1tsp Vanilla
3C Milk – I use FF or 1%
