I started my weightloss journey back in February of this year & since then with a change in my diet & the help of my awesome personal trainer I have been able to successfully lose 43 pounds & at the same time gain plenty of lean muscle. I am very happy with my results however, my journey is not over therefore, I decided to join MyFitnessPal to help keep my meals & etc. more organized, that way hopefully improving my health overall.
