What do you mean by "eat right?' Are you counting calories? How long has your weight remained the same?

How often do you lift, cardio, what are you doing? What are you eating?

I am consistent on my calories and macros. I eat 1200 calories a day my weight has been the same for two weeks now.

    Two weeks isn't a plateau.

First item I viewed in your diary you have a subway 6" no cheese. I entered into :http://www.nutritionix.com/subway/nutrition-calculator?gclid=Cj0KEQjw98mvBRD-_ciSovKhq7gBEiQAEvsBZynJvsHGX1rrPJ8MMJ8nf0kp-Iov5AmYyWQ4rmRBS5UaAjfy8P8HAQ and got 420 calories. You have 339.

No, it isn't. And shocking your body isn't a thing, unless you're going to stick a knife in an electrical outlet.

Your sodium the past several days has been extremely high. You could be retaining water.

Plateaus aren't a subjective thing haha. A two week stall is very common. A plateau is usually considered to be at least 6 weeks. Your weight will probably start going down again soon.

That said, to try to avoid it lasting any longer, make sure you weigh everything you can (your diary has a lot of cups and spoons and slices) so that you're definitely getting an accurate count of your calories.

I don't mean literally shocking your body lmfao. I mean I need to up my workouts in order for my body to work harder to lose the weight. Your kinda rude.

Looking at yesterdays diary entry, I would say you are logging incorrectly and likely eating far more than you think.

How are you verifying your calorie burns when you do cardio? Are you using a heart rate monitor, MFP numbers or the numbers on the machines?

Are you eating back most of those exercise calories on top of your 1200?

Have you changed your exercise routine lately?

How is it no help? I can see your diary, I can see what you're logging. Cups, spoons, slices, etc aren't accurate.

You don't need to up your workouts to lose weight, but it can't hurt. Lots of people recommend to change up your exercises or your diet to 'shock your body' or 'keep your body guessing', @DeguelloTex was saying that you don't need to do any of that.

Yes, and it's only a thing literally. Upping your workouts just means burning more calories. It's pretty unlikely that your TDEE is less than 1200 as it is.

She's saying that cups and spoons aren't accurate and shouldn't be used except with liquids. http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/1234699/logging-accurately-step-by-step-guide/p1

The point being made is how many calories are in a "cup" of watermelon, really? Doesn't it depend on how big I cut the chunks? If I cut one big piece that fits the size of the cup exactly (or mashed it all in there so there was no extra space) it would have more calories than if I cut 5 big pieces that left lots of air in the cup. If my watermelon stuck over the top of the cup there'd be more calories, too.

Contrast that with putting 100 grams of watermelon on a scale. It wouldn't matter how I cut the watermelon, it will still weigh 100 grams and have the exact same number of calories.

For that reason, using cups and "generic" entries like "10 potato chips" (how big are those chips?) aren't as accurate as using a scale to weigh food. This has even more significance when eating things that are more calorie dense like cheese and peanut butter.
