Celebrating the 8th anniversary of first getting to my goal weight. In 2007, I dropped from 237 lbs to 178 lbs - which is the top side of my healthy weight range. I have had ups and downs since then, as we all do, but since that time I have managed to always stay at least 25 lbs below my starting weight.
