Need Weight Loss Help with Calorie Intake

I'm needing help how to make sure that my Calorie Intake is Correct so I can lose weight I would like to lose around 70 pounds by this time next year and I know I can do it and I just need to stick to it everyday and not give up as I seem to keep doing and etc. I'm seriously trying to watch what I eat and how much I eat and trying to drink more water as well and I know I can do it as well just need to keep my mind on it at all times. I've got great support at home as my husband who is a type 2 diabetic also needs to lose weight and we have been portion controlling and that seems to be helping me not wanting to eat a lot. Please feel free to add me as a friend and I will do the same in return.
