Finger Exercises

Hi guys,

One of my weight loss goals is to lose enough weight in my fingers so that I can wear my wedding ring again. Does anyone know of any good flab-busting exercises for the fingers?

    Truthfully.... when I lost my baby weight, I lost weight in my fingers, it was so strange. My wedding rings were a 5 3/4 to begin with and now I am a 4 wedding ring. I went to Shane Company where we had our rings purchased and the jeweler said he had never seen that drastic of a wedding ring/engagement ring size change before and he had to check several times. It was so bizarre!!! No specific exercises :)~ Just loosing some baby weight... hmmm?

    I have just found that the more I loose the thinner my fingers get. No exercise for them specifically. Maybe they exist. One thing I do know is that if I eat much sodium my fingers are the first thing to swell. Maybe cut way back on your sodium and drink ALOT of water.

  • My trainer had me doing squats while gripping weighted sand bags in my fingers and holy i can't believe how weak my fingers and hands are..so maybe that would work! LOL!

    I think only losing weight would help, and of course you can't burn fat from one area. What is weird is that there isn't any muscle in the fingers!
