Hitting my reset button after going months without much exercise & bad eating habits. Bought a Fibit & trying to make myself be more accountable everyday and could use some positive input. God Bless :)

    Thanks...that is very sweet. I worked really hard to get my weight under control & did great until my mother became ill and I had to go & stay with her 24/7 for about 4 months. I tried to help her gain some much needed weight by fixing her some awesome meals but I was the only one putting on weight. She has since had to go into a nursing home & I'm trying to start over. Hard to get back in the groove.
