stuffed bell peppers in crock pot?

is it possible to make stuffed bell peppers in the crock pot? i found a recipe for it but our oven doesnt work so i cant bake them

    If you have a grill available you will be better off grilling them and then stuffing them with the filling of your choice (which can be made in a crock pot). I find that doing the peppers in the crock pot with the filling makes them too watery. Good luck.

    Yep that's how I do them or sometimes in a very large sphaghetti pot with a lid. I don't think I've ever baked them...
