newbie (sort of) here!

30 year old trying to lose weight. I have never been under 200 pounds. Close, but never been. Now my main focus is to lose weight, but get toned and stay focus on maintaining a healthier life style.

I have moved from a small town in south Texas to San Antonio and have found the city constantly hustling and bustling. But I have found some avorite spots of mine to get a hike and break a good sweat in.
