Hi there!! I hoping to get some motivation and direction in my weight loss journey. I'm a young mother/grandmother (38) and I neglected myself while providing for my family. It's now time for me to shed the weight that i packed on and become healthier for me. Any tips or advise would be appreciated.

    Hi. I'm 37 and still have toddlers and might even have another baby still. 38 is way young to be a granny. My best advice is to take the long view. Trust MFP. Eat the amount of calories it tells you to. Don't cut out any food groups unless you have a medical reason and take your time. Despite being a granny you are young. It took 38 years to put weight on. It's going to take some time to come off. Just don't give up.
