It's a new week, post YOUR food-related goal.

Picking one goal to conquer a week helps me transition into healthier choices altogether. Like building the foundation for a really pretty house, I guess? lol

My goal for the week of 6/5: No liquid calories! This includes adding almond milk to coffee, sipping gatorade, "light" juice, etc.
I hope this will make me appreciate water more!

What is a food-struggle that YOU are going to overcome this week?

    Mine is to lower my sugar intake, I'm always over my MFP limit so I'm cutting down on sweet snacks like cakes and biscuits and replacing them with fruit for the healthy sugar.

    my mother in law lives with me and she bakes cookies and cakes all the time (quite the temptations)... my goal is to ignore those sweets and eat strawberries or an apple instead.

    Mine is to stay under my alotted FAT before exercise, but this is a long term goal!!!!
