I'm one of those on and off exercise people. Consistency is my biggest problem. However this time I have worked out 36 days in a row with 30 minutes of cardio! Now I'm trying to get in an hour 5 days a week and some resistance training...and counting calories. Wish me luck! Feel free to add me!

Wow! That's impressive. I'm trying to do 5-6 days of exercise a week. I have roller derby training Weds and Sun, so am trying to fit in running and exercise classes into that too.

I do fitcamp 3 days (M, W, F) a week and I am trying to do something another 3 days a week. So far I am on day 2 and will be running tonight. Not sure what I will get in Thursday or Saturday but know it will be something. I am using Sunday as my rest day. Good look to all of you as well.

You seem very motivated - great work :]
With that positive attitude, you'll have no trouble reaching your goals.

Remember, it's just as important to fit in a couple of rest days a week so your body can repair and 'breathe' a little. You don't want to burn out. But fantastic job so far!
