On a weight-gain program

I've always been thin. when I was in the Army, I was 112... but recently, I got sick (severe acid reflux) and lost 5 pounds. The illness is gone, but has increased my appetite. My goal is to eat 2370 calories... I usually easily eat 2700 instead. My BMI is 1300. a typical day (foods not in order)

Franz Rogue River Organic Twenty-four - Bread, 0.5 slice,
Power Bar - Performance Energy Vanilla Crisp, 1 bar
Spectrum - Organic Ground Flax Seeds, 1 tbsp
Old Fashioned Oats - Oatmeal, 1 cup
Organic Valley - Salted Butter (E), 4 Tbsp (14g)
New Zealand Whey Protein Concentrate -- Natural Vanilla Flavor, 2 scoop
Honey - Clover, 0.7 teaspoon
Silk - Vanilla Almond Milk, 2 cup
Glutenfreeda - Chicken & Cheese Burrito, 1 burrito
3 Egg Omelet With Cheddar Cheese,
Napoleon - Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tablespoon
Organic - Steamed Broccoli, 1 cup cooked (78g)
Annie's Homegrown Organic - Alfredo Shells & Cheddar Macaroni & Cheese, 0.5 container
New Zealand - Grass fed sharp cheddar, 0.5 ounce
Eden Organic - Quinoa, 0.5 cup (dry)

    Depending on how tall you are, that may not enough calories.. try eating more calorie dense food. Steak, pork, ground beef, etc. And definitely add protein shakes..

    I'm 5'8 and i'll be on a 2540 calorie target, is that too low for me to gain muscle mass? Yours seemed high? I dont know haha

    Don't you mean BMR? I'm 5'6" and MFP says my BMR (at sedentary) is 1660. 1300 seams low.
