Hey ya'll! So ive fallen off the bandwagon (yet again) for the past few weeks and have gained almost 3 kilos in a couple of weeks. Im tipping the scales at 90kgs. I am only 5 foot 2 & I should be between 48 to 65 kgs. I have set myself a reasonable goal to loose 10 kilos by my sons first birthday (2nd of nov) so if you have any exercises, tips, healthy recipes & INSPIRATION please feel free to add me. Greatly appreciated
